Brooke was amazing!! My sisters and I took trip to Universal to go to the new Harry Potter experience for our youngest sister's birthday. We ended up having to change dates and Brooke was so wonderful and helpful. She made reservations for everything and made sure we knew she was available if we had any questions. To top it off she put together a wonderful gift basket for our little sister out of some gifts that we sent her, and added some of her own goodies for us too! We are so happy to have found her! ~Katie
