I could not be more pleased with the services I received from Christina! In the past I have had to schedule Disney vacations on my own and know firsthand the stress that can be involved in trying to schedule the most magical experience possible. This time we chose to go with a travel agent in the hopes that we could get the most out of our travel experience with the least amount of stress possible, and we did! From the beginning Christina took the reigns and after receiving our desired dates of travel she went straight to work. She secured our theme park tickets, scheduled the hotel reservation, made formal and character dining reservations, and even scheduled fast passes as soon as they became available. In addition she continued to be proactive even after all of the reservations had been made and from the time our hotel was reserved, and prior to our departure for Orlando, found that the room rate had dropped and saved us an additional $300 dollars! If you are planning a Disney vacation and thinking of using a travel agent I would highly recommend Christina. She was able to give our family everything we could have expected out of our Disney experience and more, while eliminating all of the stress that goes along with planning an all inclusive family vacation. - Jane
